Holly Elrick is Matrix’s President & Chief Executive Officer. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience—including 10 years serving as Matrix’s Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Operating Officer—Holly stewards a high performing, collaborative culture that embraces excellence in client service and health and safety. She leads the development and execution of long-term strategies that drive growth in new markets, foster technical excellence, and ensure efficient operations.

Holly is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Center for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST) and previously served on the Board of the YWCA of Calgary.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts, from Queen’s University. She also studied commerce and accounting and achieved her Chartered Accountant designation. Holly articled at KPMG and worked on both audit and tax engagements in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, health care, hospitality, and not-for-profit.
