Staff participation in our Health and Safety program is encouraged at all levels of the company. Matrix continues to be an industry leader in maintaining exceptional performance in the prevention of work related injury and illness. Our objective is to manage our company in a way which minimizes safety and health risks, encourages a healthy lifestyle, maximizes wellness and promotes ongoing training.
Continuous professional improvement is a hallmark of working at Matrix. All staff gather twice each year for several days of specialized seminars on various aspects of our business. All staff are also assigned an annual training budget that can be applied to relevant courses, seminars and workshops.
